Pick Me Up Coffee Protein Shake

(make a tray of almond milk ice as a trick to make it creamier (yes, it’s great) Blend straight in a blender on high!! Just adjust ingredients while blending!

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup cold brew (or two shots espresso or 1/2 Americano)
  • 1/2 cup non-dairy milk, I like coconut milk or almond for extra creaminess
  • 1 frozen banana, in chunks ( if you are going for lower sugar
  • ¼ cup frozen cauliflower rice, or make almond milk ice in the freezer if you really want it creamy!
  • 1 scoop (25g) vanilla or chocolate (four sigmatic protein powder or chocolate protein powder)
  • 1/2 Tablespoon chia seeds you want this fiber if chia bothers your stomach use ground flax seeds instead )
  • 1/4 organic teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 Tablespoon organic no sugar almond butter

(side note all my shakes you can add in a cup of spinach if you want it doesn’t change the flavor at all)

up
