Peanut Butter & Pear Green Smoothie

Shake

  • 1 scoop (25g) or two if you’re feeling like a thick version of vanilla four sigmatic protein powder or nuzest ( vegan )
  • 2 Tablespoons peanut butter or peanut butter powder one scoop
  • 1 frozen banana in chunks ( I keep some cut up in a container in the freezer, it can last a month, in chunks !!
  • 1 teaspoon organic cinnamon
  • 3/4 organic cup almond milk
  • 1 medium pear seeded and diced ( half if your low carbing it )
  • 2-4 slices of fresh organic ginger
  • 2 cups organic baby leaf spinach (can’t taste it don’t stress you can always lower it if you’re sensitive lol)
  • A handful of ice or almond milk ice to make creamier, if necessary
  • Sprinkle with cinnamon and enjoy Dolls
