Manny created Being of Divine to share her extensive knowledge of the body, fitness, nutrition, and holistic wellbeing with you. Being of Divine is a fun and functional approach to getting in damn good shape mentally, physically and emotionally. 

The fitness philosophy behind B-Divine is simple: self-love, self-awareness, healthy living and choices, and intelligent exercise. Her approach to training is meeting you where you are. B-Divine will help you harness the power of self-acceptance to achieve your goals and feel more connected with yourself.

Despite spending 5 years competing and crushing all her fitness goals (and maintaining 7-8% body fat through daily punishing fitness regimes and hardcore diets), Manny felt unhappy and unworthy like so many of us do. Through a tremendous amount of healing work, Manny realised the deeper need for  sustainable holistic fitness. Most fitness programs focus too much on weight loss or outward gains but simply don’t allow for building a deeper connection with yourself. B-Divine was created to broaden our understanding and challenge our old ways of looking at being healthy. Join Manny on a new mental, emotional, and physical well being journey!

The B-Divine method is based on improving strength and cardiovascular capacity by utilizing Pilates techniques and combining cardio exercise, resistance, and functional movement. The intensity level can be increased to improve cardio capacity and strength or slowed down to improve balance, agility, control, and stability.

This isn’t about making you into someone else, or a “NEW” you, it’s about meeting you where you are at today. Then supporting you on your journey to feeling comfortable, empowered, and in charge of your body and mind. The B-Divine approach will slow down the ageing process and improve your mental and physical state. You will learn to trust your body and nurture your spirit while you get fit.
